The Reality and Challenges of Authoritative Regulation on Hadith Publication in Malaysia and Indonesia

Dissemination of inauthentic hadith in publications, ill-intent understanding text and its exploitations for personal or group interests are some the contemporary issues faced by Malaysia Indonesia. This article focuses on reality challenges authoritative regulation publication both countries to tackle afro mention issues. phenomenological study uses interviews, observations document analysis as data collection methods. discovered that mechanism is implemented form guidelines issued federal authorities. These guidelines, however, not backed up stern clear enforcement government. At state level, there enactments gazetted but they too broad their interpretation more context maintaining chastity from contemptuous acts.
